  The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were comfy and spotless, and the location was extremely convenient for public transport.   Good yet quiet location in a lively area near to good tube links. Clean, comfortable bed and accommodation with reasonable facilities for storing food, cooking, washing clothes etc. Wasn't cold weather but heating seemed adequate.   I purposely chose this budget hotel as it was conveniently situated close to Kings Cross Station as I was taking the Eurostar to Paris.   The staff made sure we had a nice stay. Rooms were comfortable. It is close to knightsbridge - great if you want to shop from harrods and other shops such as prada and zara - The staff was the kindest I've ever experienced and very helpful.
