  i just tell you that everthing was positive,the malasya lady is very polite ! in my next return to london i would like to be there again.. nice and lovely place as well - I read a few poor reviews of this hotel and have to say that none were justified. Furniture barely fits in room so we did a little rearranging to make it work for us. Beds were comfortable. Very clean.
