  The staff were excellent from the moment we arrived, they assisted in parking our car in the very small car park. The room although small was clean and the bathroom cleaner and of a higher standard than some bigger higher quality hotels. The breakfast had a good selection for a continental breakfast. Very close to Lancaster Gate station and within walking distance to Paddington, Bayswater, Edgware Road, Oxford Street, Hyde Park, etc. The staff who received us on Sunday afternoon, 29Sep was very efficient & friendly. The room was cleaned, the towels and coffee/ tea were replenished every day. The wifi connection was excellent! - The location is great. Just opposite the Lancaster Gate station and bus station to Piccadilly and Westminster, and 5 min walk to Paddington station. The room we stayed in was recently refurbished and looks very good. The sofa is a sofa-bed and so useful for small family. There is a bedroom and so not a studio. Kitchen and toilet are both new and clean. Hot water supply is good as well.

The beds are - The location was excellent as it was near the British Museum and shopping streets of Oxford and Totterham. The receptionist Roger is very good in his job and in giving advise. I do the same job so I know what is expected.The Arran Hotel is a small place but has a great heart. Breakfast was tasty and grand. The bathroom/ rooms were very clean. I found the hotel to be in a great location. A great recommendation.

  Friendly staff, my wife and I enjoyed our stay. This was under £100 to stay on Sunday night, so good value. I don't know whether it would be the same value for standard rate (sometime twice as much). Hotel rooms were of adequate size and very clean. Hotel is slightly back from Euston Rd nearer to St Pancras than Euston and in a nice Victorian crescent of t - Front desk staff extremely nice and helpful. Street and neighborhood are safe and quiet, yet within 10 minutes walk of three tube stations, Kings Cross, Euston Square, and Russell Square. Rooms may be small, and stairs narrow, but you can't beat the charm of this historic building and neighborhood. Hearty buffet breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, yogurt, cereal, coffee, tea, etc. Would definitely stay here again.
