  I liked having my own front door key and access to the code for the middle door which meant I could come and go without disturbing anyone. The single room was small but big enough and well appointed.The en-suite shower was lovely and the coffee and Kit Kat very welcome after a day in town, Breakfast was really good. The hotel is well situated only 5 mins from the town centre and railway station and i - I had emailed to say that I would arrive late. I was welcomed with warmth but without fuss, the room was small but very cleverly designed & spotless, inc ensuite. Breakfast was ample with a wide choice (Im a veggie) and a bottomless cup. I saw the lounge but did not use it as I was so late arrivng, I would definitely stay again & recommend it, esp for city trip as it is so convenient.

  This B&B was excellent. Andrea gave us a warm welcome. Great location with good parking and just a short walk to some nice restaurants. Our rooms were really nice and clean. Good wifi connection. The comfortably beds were made with soft cotton linen and on the pillows we found a little piece of chocolate. Inverness was also a great place, highly recommended. Lovely river, castle, churches, restaurants and pubs - all really well kept, great for an evening stroll.
