With a side entrance you felt you could come and go without disturbing the owners or other guests ( and no curfew times). The guest house deserves all the plaudids and awards.

  I was very happy with the Avalon Guest House in Inverness. It was in the perfect location for me as I was attending the Florians Theatre. I was made very welcome. There was an excellent choice at breakfast. I would recommend the Avalon Guest House.

  My husband and I absolutely fell in love with the Bunchrew House. We stayed in the Lovat Room complete with a beautiful king-size four-poster bed a forest view. The House is castle-like and right on a lake--a perfect honeymoon spot.
