  We arrived early and the staff member was extremely helpfull providing us with a room ready for use. This was much appreciated. - the clean hotel, well maintained parking and gardens

  The staff were very friendly and helpfull even though they had a wedding in it did not affect our stay we arrived early and they looked after our luggage while we went for a walk also when we checked out they looked after it untill we went to the airport. and value for money we have stayed at other hotels in the past that have been a lot dearer tha... 别人怎么说 » n this one and not as good and breakfast was nice - I don't have a single negative thing to say about the Rocpool Reserve. It was a most enjoyable stay, with the staff there adding to it with being so friendly and helpful throughout.
