  The staff was very helpful, both at the desk and the maintenance man we needed in reference to the bathtub that would not drain. You placed us in another room. This hotel is ideal for visiting central london. its 2 mins from Hounslow west tube station which is 20mins direct to leicester square on picadilly line.

  The hotel is set at the side of the Grand Union Canal and we had a lovely walk along there seeing lots of wildlife. The evening meal we had was delicious and good value for money. Our room had an en-suite (we had a loft room, room 8) and was very clean. Tea & coffee facilities were provided but they forgot the cups. Our breakfast was lovely. A 20 min walk from Southall train station, through a very ethnic diverse high street, but the hotel itself is in a lovely - It was clean and comfortable, really a set of rooms above a pub. The landlord cooks the meals and they are quite good British fare. Someone said there was no breakfast; well this is not true, I had one most days I was there. If you want a homely comfortable environment where you can relax versus a sharp hotel, this is a very good place to go.
