  This is probably the best bed and breakfast I have ever stayed in. The contemporary design and feel, v clean, luxury bathing products, very comfortable kingsize bed, toffees, jelly babies and organic fair trade teas, coffees & hot chocolate. Can't recommend highly enough - Beautiful decor friendly staff. Breakfast was great, the hotel is close to the town centre a short walk. There was ample parking. Free internet access was a bonus. The bedroom and bathroom were beautifully decorated. I would recommend this hotel. As a small hotel there is no lift so if you have mobility issues this may not be a suitable hotel for you.

  The hotel staff were very friendly and informative. The impression was that nothing was too much trouble for them to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The room we stayed in was excellent.   Having an apartment after 4 hotel rooms was great. The design and finish of the whole building was excellent as was the location. Although virtually in the center of Harrogate it was very quiet with a beautiful park in front. Getting out of the town was very easy from this location too.
