A really nice B & B - we would stay there again. - This is the best guest house we have ever stayed in. The owners were welcoming and friendly and the whole house was spotless. Our room was modern, comfy and well-equipped and the breakfast was excellent. It is in an excellent location for shopping, eating and theatre visits and parking was not a problem due to the permit system. Will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

  Fantastic stay. on arrival we had been upgraded to one of the two bed luxury apartment, the booking agent had also taken into consideration the request for the quiet room which i was extremely grateful of. Extremely comfortable, and clean, I used to work as a housekeeper and i can honestly say I could not fault the cleanliness, perhaps on the chro... 别人怎么说 » me in the bathroom could have done with some extra polishing, but that was minor and didn't affect our stay. All necessary details about arrival plus - I really cannot fault the apartment or locality it really was spot on for our needs. In particular, we bumped into the maintenance guy on the way in and he showed us where everything was and then the following day we wanted to store our luggage as we came on the train and one telephone call to yourselves and we left our luggage with the maintenance guy and came and collected later in the day. You went the extra mile to accommodate us and would highly recommend to anyone who is wishing to stay

  Having an apartment after 4 hotel rooms was great. The design and finish of the whole building was excellent as was the location. Although virtually in the center of Harrogate it was very quiet with a beautiful park in front. Getting out of the town was very easy from this location too. The breakfast was very good and it was helpful to be presented with tickets which allowed us to park free in front of the B and B. It was also very useful to have so many good restaurants within easy reach. We also appreciated the way it was arranged that we should have help over transporting our luggage to our room.
