They don't have a car park but there is 1 hour parking in front of the hotel and you can buy one or more tickets for 24 hour parking on the street: £1 per day. The staff were very helpful. For example, they were happy to put our mountain bikes in their conference room overnight, to avoid leaving them in our car. The full English breakfast was very high quality.   Being in Eastbourne you are normally surrounded by alot of senior citizens. In this hotel it was modern and nice to see people like ourselves in our 40s and younger staying there.
