The room was very elegant, and provided all the extras. The location of the hotel is brilliant, it took us around 30 minutes to get right into the center of London (oxford circus) so it was nice to relax and get away from the business when we came back to the hotel.

Eventually they sorted out new rooms for us and by way of apology upgraded my husband and myself to an executive room. We were impressed by their attitude to customer service.
