  Great room which was ultra comfortable and well equipped. Spotlessly clean throughout the B&B. Belford is a good spot to explore the Northumberland coastline with Bamburgh a stones throw away and Alnwick etc not far either. Nespresso coffee machine was a great little feature in the room. Breakfast was very nice w - A wonderful place for a mini break. There was a wealth of attention to detail. I really enjoyed the food! A real choice of breakfast dishes, including lots of homemade treats such as bread, flapjack, cereal, preserves and even mead! (I didn't have the latter for breakfast ha ha). I loved all the small extras such as everything you may need from shoe polish to hairdryer, even an ironing board and fridge in the room! Used the fridge a bit, the iron not at all; this was a holiday!!!)

  I stayed in a family room with my father and sister ready for an early morning event the next day. We had to check out at 5am but the night porter was helpful and we were able to pay the night before. Right on the a1 so easy to find but still got nice views of fields from the room. - Friendly staff, clean, comfortable rooms, good food in the restaurant and at breakfast. Reception staff super helpful especially when my husband brought the wrong suit to our sons wedding! Reception staff let us keep our room while husband drove to the Metro Centre to purchase the same suit he had left at home then change into it before leaving for the wedding venue.

  Although situated in a small town, the Old Vicarage was a great base to explore the surrounding countryside. The house was very old and the decor has been kept to portray its era. Breakfast was amazing and all sourced from the local area, we loved sitting at the breakfast table with the other couple that were staying as it made for a real social pleasant start to our day!
