  A luxurious feel to the rooms, the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The room was well kitted out and the bed was very comfortable. Just what you want for a couple of nights away. The view from the window, which looks out over a cricket pitch and Bath abbey, was beautiful, lovely for sitting eating and watching the world go by. Also it wa... 别人怎么说 » s quiet which you don't expect for a city centre apartment. I will be recommending this place to everyone! - The rooms were amazingly decorated and very spacious and clean. We had a ground floor room with a conservatory and our daughters were on the first floor. There was a small kitchen in each room which we only used for coffee/tea, but you could do some self catering. It was great having a car park and the walk into the town centre was a 5-10min stroll across the Pulteney Bridge. Would definitely stay here again on next visit to Bath.

  The accommodation was immaculate, good location very central, was a little noisy due to being in center of town. No car parking but car park only about 5 mins walk away cost £12 per day to park. The staff was so excellent even in the event of an emergency at a local construction site the staff went above and beyond to help. nothing bad to say at all about our stay.

  The staff were all very nice and friendly. The hotel is very close to the Royal National Hospital for Rheumatic Diseases, which is why we chose it. My wife is an outpatient at this hospital, and disabled. The hotel staff could not have been more helpful.
