  The staff at this hotel were fantastically polite, helpful and attentive - there was initially a problem with our room, and we were immediately upgraded by the superb reception manager into a suite that had access to a butler. The spa is excellent, the room comfortable.... If only other hotels were as good as this. - I loved the fact that we could... 别人怎么说 » get up in the morning and head straight to the indoor pool, outdoor pool/spa and sauna/steam rooms. From the moment we arrived, service was impeccable, the room was lovely (modern, clean and large) and our stay was delightful. We came for a relaxing time and we sure had one.
