  very friendly welcoming and helpful staff, very clean and comfortable and it had a warm homely feeling, highly recommended, very convenient for Alexandra PAlace - The room was clean and tidy and very cosy, and the breakfast staff were all in uniform, which makes a nice change

  A very comfortable hotel. Very nice, helpful staff. Easy walk to the tube station as well as High Street where you can get all the essentials. About a 25 minute ride into the center of the city and the Northern Line intersects with most of the other lines so it's very easy to get anywhere you want to go.
