the local attractions around the hotel ie town centre, pubs, shops, beach. We were very impressed with this Hotel and would stay there again. would say swim before breakfast refresh for rest of day. liesure facilites. everything. Very helpfull staff, a warm welcome, Lovely comfortable room. Ideal location, Breakfast very enjoyable, good selection of food. will certainly stay in Ramada Hotels again THANK YOU.

Excellent atmosphere in the hotel,majority of staff are very positive and actually seemed to be enjoying looking after their customers, quite a refreshing change these days!. Friendliness of the staff - they were all very pleasent. View of Ayr from room window was great. Bar staff v helful and informative.leisure facilities, hotel has also gone through an up grade. Willingness to help from all staff. Weri simpatik , helpfully staff. In the centre of the town. Appreciated the swimming pool and lounge for coffee. Appreciated being able to take breakfast when we arrived at 08.30 following an early morning flight.The hotel was centrally located close to transport links. It also had welcoming and helpful staff. The later breakfast and checkout was also preferable. Excellent location, friendly staff. Unfortunately the beauty therapist had recently left so was unable to recieve any treatments.large room, consistent service, noce view from my room over the sea. hotel was vert comfortable and staff very nice. very central, it took no time to city centre. Swimming pool and large screen tv. the hotel staff were pleasant and helpful, even serving my breakfast in bed as i was unwell. The room had recently been refurbished and nearness to the Ayr Race Course. central location. The service was efficient and pleasant.Hotel was warm, nice views, central,. Quiet and confortable. reception staff very friendly and helpful - one noticed my reluctance to use the lift and immediately offered to move me to a room on a lower floor. Car Parking safe and secure. Location and the breakfast was above average. leisure facilities were great. central location. Town centre. Swimming Pool and leisure facilities were good. Good central location good facilities. its central location. NO! We enjoyed our stay very much than you. the TV in the hotel was not working informed reception but we did not get it working while we were there. I was travelling with my elder mother and left her in the room while i went for a swim thinking someone was coming to fix the TV we left the next day and no one had came to see about the tv very dissapointing. steam room was broken. The young waitresses in the restaurant, in contrast to the rest of the staff, were far less energetic - in fact seemed to be half asleep, in need of some hair grips and a kick up the backside!!. The extractor fan in the bathroom seemed a bit weak. Prices at bar. Info on local restaurants would have been helpfull. Mind you I didn't have a services directory in the room, perhaps they're listed in that ??. Breakfast was poor. Fruit was not fresh - orange segments were fermenting 1 morning, another morning an orange in the basket had mould on. Fried eggs went hard on top due to being kept hot. Old-fashioned toaster with people queuing. Sorry.breakfast, no pastries in room. restaurant staff miserable,. service at breakfast was very poor.Too noisy inside and outside. my only disappointment was that the golf simulator which was advertised was not ready for use yet.the fire alarm going off @04-00am !!. The 24 hour menu was extremely limited.Food and drink was a bit pricey hence the bar and dining room washalf empty. Brakfast was very undersatfed, therefore the staff tryed they best, however to slow.Breakfast was poor and not good value - I was early for breakfast but even at that time, food looked congealed and that it had been sitting out too long. Noisy lift - I had the room adjacent!. door didn't close properly, bathroom was falling to bits. asked for double and got 2 uneven beds pushed together with small duvet stuffed in large cover. we were right next to the lift, it was very noisy especially late at night. the hotel smelt badly on the landings and the rooms were tiny and felt grubby. Bathroom had mildew. Breakfast was mediocre. Only one lift working. Appeared understaffed in bar/restaurant area.Poor service at breakfast one day and lightbulbs missing from room. I will be writing a letter of complaint later this week. We had to change rooms 3 times before we had a room, that was clean, smoke free and the television worked. We were kept waiting for several hours before a room was available. To complete the weekend the lifts were out of order and we had to carry our luggage down 5 flights of stairs. ( my wife and I are both 68 years old.prices.
