Exterior looked not very appealing, but the newly refurbished room I stayed in was fantastic. I loved the attention to detail and the cleanliness which I really didn't expect. Lovely pub attached to it in an urban area with tesco extra opposite and take aways down the road. I got more than I expected and so was very happy with my stay. Bargain! -

Room is big especially bathroom. The staff is friendly as well. Although the hotel are quite far from city center, the price of private taxi is so cheap, about 3 pounds to city center. That mean if you have 3 people, it will be 1 pound per person.

We got lost and when we rang the hotel Hayley went on google maps and very calmly directed us straight there, when we parked and came in she had the kettle on for a very welcome cuppa! The staff were accommodating and very friendly, and were able to arrange a late check-in at very short notice. The room was clean, comfortable and fitted with everything necessary. The hotel has great transport links, equidistant to Sandhills, Bank Hill, and Kirkdale stations.

It's a quiet, friendly and welcoming place to stay. Such love and care have gone into making everyone's stay a great one. The room was peaceful, well appointed and immaculately clean.
