  Excellent rooms, spotlessly clean. Friendly and professional staff with a good level of English for those who require it. Free use of gym and swimming pool is a nice plus and the breakfasts are fantastic. That said they were again very helpful and contac - The Service was Splendid and the room was luxurious big and clean and well-maintained for Bangkok Standards. It is just 1 stop away from Siam BTS station, Ratchethewi BTS station is just next to the hotel, 1 min walk away. I stayed in a Grand Deluxe Suite that was 70+ Sqm big. All the staffs were friendly but not over-friendly, they know when to let you have some personal space, which is super good for us.   The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. The hotel is only a five minuite walk from the skytrain and 10 minuite walk from the main shops.   Everything from start to finish was amazing! We arrived at the hotel and was greeted by a very friendly male manager, who instantly upgraded us to a honeymoon suite with the river view.   Upon arrival I was given a written invitation to a cocktail and canapé evening. This was extremely enjoyable with the chefs from each of the 3 restaurants delivering the dishes and explaining each canapé, culminating in the head chef speaking to us all.   Enjoyed our stay at the hotel, we stayed for three nights. Our room was located on the 12th floor, the view was unimpressive, building construction.   The location is fantastic - heaps of resturants, shopping, 5 mins from BTS, 10 mins from MTR. Away from main road so not noisy. Great staff - we had trouble with our Bank holding our credit card (apparently didn't like us being in credit of all things!) but the hotel still let us into our room and were very happy to wait until the Bank sorted out... 别人怎么说 » their problem.
