  We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel employees are very polite, kind and helpful. When we had a technical problem with the air condition, in about 2-3 hours, during we were out, the problem was fixed.   Really good value for money. Hotel is located just next to Alcazar. Staff is really friendly, professional and helpful. They have 2 public pools and 1 private pool for certain rooms.   This was my 1st time staying at the LK Metropole but it won't be my last . When I got there the hotel was overbooked but they had held me a suite and I got a free upgrade .   The staff, the location and the price was first class. Everything about the hotel was absolutely optimal. You won't get a better deal anywhere else, I've traveled many times to Pattaya and I will not be staying at a different hotel - Great location and a very nice pool and buffet.   It was a Nice, Cool, Good Hotel. I will definately stay in the same hotel whenever I will visit PATTAYA. Food I didn't tried but get the feedback from other indians staying with us that it was GOOD Indian Food. Reception and House keeping staff was VERY good. - this hotel is ok for what i paied, rooms are ok and well designed location is ok !!
