The hotel is real good value for money with friendly staff. The rooms are large with decent sized bathrooms and flat screen TV. The lounge & bar is air conditioned which is nice for a cool drink. Very nice roof top terrace with pool for cooling down

Hotel also provided us daily free mineral water, fruit juice, singha beer, coke and milk. Remember to consume it everyday. There is a DVD player in our room, we can rent the DVD from the downstair library. It is amazing.

Hotel is in general looks nice and clean at all. Staffs are friendly a specially at reception. Location of the hotel very close to biggest shopping mall in Pattaya (Central Mall) and 15-20 minutes to Walking Street. -
The different parts of the hotel were well matched with a spacious and well designed room, a good local food restaurant and a roof

Reception staff are wonderful, hotel location is just perfect in center. Easy access to shopping mall & just 10-15 walk to walking street. الفندق جيد و نظيف و موظفي الاستقبال بشوشين جدا. وموقع الفندق ممتاز بعيد ع منطقة العرب و يصلح للسكن العائلي. -

Really good value for money. Hotel is located just next to Alcazar. Staff is really friendly, professional and helpful. They have 2 public pools and 1 private pool for certain rooms. Next to the main pool there is a bar and you can order drinks (prices are really affordable!).

Staff is excellent! Rooms are average but clean and all the pools are nice. Food is pretty good but as always hotel food is slightly expensive compared to eating out of the hotel. Overall a great hotel in a pretty good location, we will return.

This was my 1st time staying at the LK Metropole but it won't be my last . When I got there the hotel was overbooked but they had held me a suite and I got a free upgrade . The Staff gave us a wonderful welcome. My Mother & Brother stayed at this hotel for many years but sadly passed away earlier this year. I took my brother's ashes to Thailand to scatter him with my other brother who died there 7 years ago. I let the hotel know the purpose of my visit and upon arrival I was given a letter from the Manager saying how sorry the staff were to hear of my news. Location - close to the beach. Can just walk and it is safe to walk alone at night.
Room - it seems it can accommodate for more than 4 person in my room. Spacious and they have bath tub + hand bidet for the toilet. I like!
For Muslims, many hawker sells chicken kebab on the street. It is halal and delicious. Cheap too (comparing to the portion). I

Good location away from busy main strip. Lots of bars close by with live bands. Shopping mall, fast food etc at top of road on main road. 15 mins walk down road to good indoor shopping market area. Beach just 1-2 mins walk away. Good sized room with everything you need. Helpful staff.

The staff, the location and the price was first class. Everything about the hotel was absolutely optimal. You won't get a better deal anywhere else, I've traveled many times to Pattaya and I will not be staying at a different hotel -
Great location and a very nice pool and buffet. Would certainly recommend for folks on a tight budget.

It was a Nice, Cool, Good Hotel.
I will definately stay in the same hotel whenever I will visit PATTAYA.
Food I didn't tried but get the feedback from other indians staying with us that it was GOOD Indian Food.
Reception and House keeping staff was VERY good. -
