  The room was excellent. Very spacious and value for many. We had our own swimming pool at the room (they call it a jacuzzi on the website, however it was more of a splash pool type of effect) The swimming pool was a big bonus as it was very hot in Phuket (we went in April the hottest month of the year) so was nice to be able to relax at your own p... 别人怎么说 » rivate pool with a nice daybed!! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was ok, it is just outside of Patong, so you are not in the mid - The staff were fantastic, so helpful. The room was huge, I had a deluxe room with spa with sea views and the best part was the spa had a small pool attached. Loved it and spent heaps of time in the resort. The breakfast was so fresh and variety was great. Ate at the restaurant several times and the meals were great. Each afternoon you got a plate of fresh fruit delivered. No complaints at all about this resort and highly recommend.

  Location was great - a short walk to the busy party street and around the hotel had plenty of places to grab a bite to eat. Room was cozy & air conditioner was surprisingly OK. Staff were nice but slow to act on requests (could be a common theme across Thailand).   We were enjoyed staying in this hotel. Since checking in, the staffs were very nice and warmly welcome with Thai flower tea something welcome drink.   Everything was so easy because the staff were so friendly and helpful. We were given amazing day trip deals, our food was delicious (especially our Thai dishes) and the location of the breakfast bar (on the beach) was perfect! PS do not get scared when you drive to the hotel and see tri trang multi colour building! It looks horrible but that's a different building!

  Stayed for very very comfortable 6 nights! Unlike other reviews, location was not too bad. Yes there's construction ongoing along the road to Jungceylon but if you dont wanna walk along the road you can always take the hotel shuttle which operates 4 times daily.   This hotel is a personal favourite of mine in Patong Beach. A series of bungelows and rooms nestled in a tropical garden setting, surrounded by lush greenery and very pretty lotus trees.
