The room was excellent. Very spacious and value for many. We had our own swimming pool at the room (they call it a jacuzzi on the website, however it was more of a splash pool type of effect) The swimming pool was a big bonus as it was very hot in Phuket (we went in April the hottest month of the year) so was nice to be able to relax at your own private pool with a nice daybed!! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was ok, it is just outside of Patong, so you are not in the mid.
所有评语 » The staff were fantastic, so helpful. The room was huge, I had a deluxe room with spa with sea views and the best part was the spa had a small pool attached. Loved it and spent heaps of time in the resort. The breakfast was so fresh and variety was great. Ate at the restaurant several times and the meals were great. Each afternoon you got a plate of fresh fruit delivered. No complaints at all about this resort and highly recommend. Great Sea view, large and clean rooms, large balcony, outjoor spa bath, breakfast is simple but tasty. Staff and service is excellent. If you like some work out, try their Gym and tennis court.. Fantastic resort, beautifully located near to Patong. Room is great with sea view. Staff is very friendly and makes us feel at home. Highly recomended for a peaceful romantic getaway. Pool & Jacuzzi, rooms are spacious and well-decorated, toilets are well-designed, view is fantastic and staff are well-prepared for your arrival. Very private and luxurious feel. Great resort, with magnificent sea view. The room is big and clean. The staff are always smiling and friendly. Will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Phuket. The view from the pool is breath taking, the whole place in general feels very comfortable. It is a fantastic place to relax the mind and body. Friendly reception staff. Private outdoor shower and jacuzzi overlooking the sea. Fresh fruit delivered daily. Quiet and peaceful. Fantastic, upgraded on arrival, amazing room and spa(cold), great for a get away, from busy Patong, 10 minutes from busy area. The sea view is stunning. Room is quite big and staff are very friendly. Great experience and excellent value for money!. The villas was very nice especially the swimming pool for the kids. the view was beautiful especially the sea view. I love the people of Thailand in general, but the staff here were fantastic. Had some good laughs with them. good location out of the main Patong area. private pool on the 1 bedroom suite was very nice. The villa with private pool, overlooking Patong and Andaman Sea... All, like the location , the people in the hotel. the service level was very good. Breakfast , sea view , jaccuzi. beste vakantie ooit gehad. Nice rooms. Great views. The view , privacy of the private villa pool, ambience and design. Beds good , but in Thailand have not experienced a bad bed yet. the view was perfect , the suite we got was incredible , the staff helpfull a special thank to the manager he was really helpfull. - The view!!! - The room interior - The terrace - The spa pool - The hotel in general - The breakfast. We enjoyed the privacy and the overall experience. Views from our unit were stunning. The rooms are spacious and big. Distance to shopping is near. It had a great view and the room was nice. The view was amazing. The view from our studio was amazing. The set up and the ambience was nice and classy. The villas were a good size and the view was superb. - Big kitchen - main bedroom comfy and big. Although you could walk to the beach, it would have been great if the had more time for the shuttle service, as the shuttle only goes in the morning and once in the afternoon. So if you miss it you must walk. Bathroom needed some cleaning, but compared to everything else it was so insignificant. Breakfast could have a little more variety, too many insects (cockroaches and huge bugs kept entering the room), housekeeping is only available in the afternoon making requests at night impossible. The water in the toilet and the sinks came out brown sometimes. The furniture is poorly maintained, the coffee machine is not working properly. Airport transfer minibus on my checkout was very expensive. villa floor were not very clean. some spots were unable to be cleaned. some carperts werw old as well. Patong is actually very dirty and quite ordinary, not a good snapshot of Thailand. More choices of breakfast, seafood and vegetable dishes. Nil. Lezards. Location and feeder service timing. I didnt like that the sun lounger had mould on it and I didnt want to complain as I had seen a cleaner scrub the one next to us and didnt think it was fair as it took her hours to scrub the mould off. Poorly maintained. Price expensive for the quality of the villa.dirty walls and floors and many items either broken or rundown . Our washer was broken when arrived , we informed staff immediately and they tried to charge us 2000 Bart on checkout ! Left a bad taste in our mouth . Only received fresh fruit on our first night probably because we refused them to come and spray pesticide for mozzies inside villa when we were there ! Spent 4 nights there. comunication is very hard since the staff is not speaking english well , the lazer cockroach is somthing usual to see in the hotel , the breakfast wasn't that good. - The location (If you miss the free bus, you have to pay 300 bath for a Taxi to go to Patong). too far to walk to town, and not many hotel shuttles a day. Taxi was also BHT300 per trip. Bath tub not in working condition And some spider web seen in the room. Buffett breakfast choices were poor. The butter was past it's use by date, the pineapple juice made my daughter and I sick. House cleaning staff didn't understand English, making it hard to ask for additional toiletries, like toilet paper. Ended up having to play charades. This hotel does not represent value for money and I would not stay here again or recommend to anyone. poor furniture. The staff are abit laid back. The cleanliness and maintainance of the place is poor. Bedsheets were dirty and dvd player was spoilt. Breakfast was too simple for a buffet. Maintenance was an issue as was the overall cleanliness. We left after 2 nights (originally booked for 14). The resort is close to Patong beach but due to the extremely steep slope to the villas you had to plan transportation so you're as well being 10km from the beach at 50% of the price. - 5 bedroom villa is a bit of a rip off, the 5 bedroom has no attached bathroom, and electrical didn t work - English of staff at reception POOR for such a place and in Phuket ! - Breakfast buffet a bit poor, not a reflection of a 4 stars place - bad humidity smell in one bedroom - have to call too many times to have some cleaning done - main poor closed as under repair, no notice given before arrival.
