  Without exception the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is situated right in the red light district but my wife and I were perfectly at ease coming and going. It's pretty quiet by day but the locale is jumping by night.   Very friendly and helpful staff, never a grumpy one as I've seen at most other places. Also seems to have a consistent level of quality. - Great location near the gay area. Nice finishings and interior design. Buffet was amazing. Staff was generally polite and helpful.

  Nice looking rooms, staff is helpfull and speaks pretty good English, everything is clean enough, all the necessary services are available. Breakfast is ok thought may be not really a big choice. - It is a new hotel, so everything is very nice. The staff was spoke very good english and was very helpfull, I would differently recommed this hotel.

The staff are friendly and make extra effort to bend backwards to meet our requests which is appealing. The staff was very pleasant, helpful and always smiling. The Chong Nonsi BTS is only 10 minutes walk away and for those who don't want to walk the hotel has a shuttle bus to bring you there. Who wants peace, comfort and ease while to get anywhere in the city using public transportation (metro or boat) recommend this hotel. Taxis is cheap but in most cases taxi drivers do not put taximeters but prefers to negotiate the price, which is usually double or even triple. Recommended for those who come
