  This hotel is in an excellent location. The staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to an Executive Suite which I would highly recommend.   It is a very decent,clean & chic hotel. The room is of comfortable size. The design is pleasant & userfriendly. Indeed my iPhone was slipped out from my bag and it was in the taxi.The lady staff - Polly voluteer to call my phone - the location was pretty good. very near to MBK & if continue further up we can reach Central, Platinum and the rest of other malls as well as the Four Faced Buddha. Though the breakfast wasn't much of variety but it was very delicious and the dining area is very clean & bright! The corridors are in blue lights which changes the atmosphere.   We booked a suite for our family of four and were entitled to use the premium lounge. Service staff were excellent, always attentive, helpful and accommodating. Buffet breakfast was a wide selection which helped given we had two picky toddlers. Love the spacious ensuite bathroom (the children especially love the big bathtub that can house mommy an... 别人怎么说 » d both of them comfortably), family-friendly wading pool and kids' entertainment (a pity it was under repair though but the children kept peeping into - Location is excellent for those who love shopping. Platinum Mall, Centralworld, big c and patnip plaza are all 5 min walk distance. At night, there are plenty of food stalls in the vicinity so we never went hungry. In all, will stay here again for my next visit to Bangkok.

  location breakfast room was light and user friendly with good ventilation in the bathroom wifi was great air conditioning was great - My brother unfortunately left a bag in the taxi. The amount of time and effort they showed to track his belongings down was amazing.
