I would suggest to always book a taxi through hotel reception because they only use meter taxis and drivers who actualy bother to switch the meter on. 99 percent of the taxis dont bother to switch it on and do u in. A trip with a taxi using the meter from Abloom to international departures at the airport should cost u about 180 baht.

  I had a wonderful stay at Padi Madi from June 20-23, 2013. Receptionists are very accommodating. Pimmy, for one, gave me Bangkok Map and taught me directions to reach my destination for that day. padi Madi is so close to Thong Lo BTS Sukhumvit Line which gives you access almost to all attractions especially Shopping Malls and Silom, for gay night... 别人怎么说 » life. Basicly I booked for a standard room but they upgrade us for free 2 nights as they had overbook on standard room. Standard room is very good for the price. All conform we need was inside. Many channels on tv, good bed and room has aircon, really needed in Bangkok. If you need bigger room just book superior. I don’t know how much is price diffent but it was a so great room.   Great, friendly staff. Owner was very friendly and accommodating, answered any questions and provided very helpful information about how to get around bangkok to the places we wanted to go, as well as making good suggestions for places we might want to visit. He allowed us to store a bag at the hotel for almost two weeks free of charge (we had a n... 别人怎么说 » ight booked there at the end of out trip as well) and even helped us with online check in for our flight. The hotel rooms were clean and nice and the - Friendly, helpful staff, great location, great breakfast included. The manager is more than willing to take the time to help you choose activities and suggest ways to get to them. I was so impressed I cancelled my second hotel and rebooked Bahn Sukhumvit 20 when I returned to BKK after visiting Hua Hin. If/when I return, I will have no hesitation in booking here again.

  For the price you can't go wrong. The rooms are a bit dated but they are clean and equipped with a safe and a TV with a range of English channels. Above all the location is superb for all the bars but at the same time it is very quiet. - The location is great, near the skytrain station. The friendly staff always available to help.

The room was on the opposite side of the road, so very quiet at night. I got the hotel at 8 am, then they let me check in at that time without an extra charge. The boat, which serves as a public transport for 15 baht per person can gain access to the city center. And these trips are replaced by a tour of the canals. From the - I stayed at Erawan House twice during this trip to Thailand. The important aspects for me are - location, quietness and security, then staff and cleanliness. Erawan House was excellent in all aspects. Location: excellent - very quite and within easy walking distance to anywhere around the Khao San Road area. Security: felt as though my belongings and myself were safe all the times. Staff: were lovely; very helpful (eg: made phone calls for us), friendly and fun. I would definitely stay again

  It was our second stay. It is a well managed 5 star facility with ample space both in the room as well as in the public areas. The staff is extraordinarily friendly and helpful. The Kid's Club is thanks to its warm hearted staff just wonderful, our son loved going there. We enjoyed breakfast and the pool a lot.
