  The location is fantastic - heaps of resturants, shopping, 5 mins from BTS, 10 mins from MTR. Away from main road so not noisy. Great staff - we had trouble with our Bank holding our credit card (apparently didn't like us being in credit of all things!) but the hotel still let us into our room and were very happy to wait until the Bank sorted out... 别人怎么说 » their problem. Everyone is very friendly,helpful - We had an excellent stay at the hotel. It´s a nice and comfortable hotel. The rooms are very clean and it´s high standard.   Rooms are very comfortable with a massive bed and nice little touches like free bottles of water, slippers and a turndown service. The pool is very clean and a good depth with plenty of free sunloungers and towels when we were there. We didn't have breakfast or use the lounge so can't comment there.
