  I like that the location is on Sukhumvit 55 (main road). It's safer. There's a plaza right infront with a supermarket, 24 hrs Burger King, Starbucks and few restaurants.   Great! I love this area whenever I got to Bangkok for the weekend. Great for if you are looking for a good area, close to all the good restaurants (fancy or nonfancy) shopping, clubs. They have a shuttle to take you down the street to the bst which is perfect. The pool is nice up on - I review hotels and the service industry for a living, but Lohas weren't to know that. The hotel is well run, the staff are excellent. The rooms are large, clean and well set out, but be careful which room you pick, or, as happened to me, you'll be overlooked by apartment blocks on either side that are so close you'll be unable to open your curtains without people looking in.   The location is fantastic - heaps of resturants, shopping, 5 mins from BTS, 10 mins from MTR. Away from main road so not noisy. Great staff - we had trouble with our Bank holding our credit card (apparently didn't like us being in credit of all things!) but the hotel still let us into our room and were very happy to wait until the Bank sorted out... 别人怎么说 » their problem.   Hotel solo is a very comfortable, clean hotel. It's a good location, just 10 minutes walk from the BTS SkyTrain Ploen Chit station.
