Owner was very friendly and accommodating, answered any questions and provided very helpful information about how to get around bangkok to the places we wanted to go, as well as making good suggestions for places we might want to visit. He allowed us to store a bag at the hotel for almost two weeks free of charge (we had a n... 别人怎么说 » ight booked there at the end of out trip as well) and even helped us with online check in for our flight. The hotel rooms were clean and nice and the - Friendly, helpful staff, great location, great breakfast included. The manager is more than willing to take the time to help you choose activities and suggest ways to get to them. I was so impressed I cancelled my second hotel and rebooked Bahn Sukhumvit 20 when I returned to BKK after visiting Hua Hin. If/when I return, I will have no hesitation in booking here again.
