  Very nice rooms. Everything looks new and clean. Good balcony. Probably the best of JP is the location just one step to the beach and very near( 2 minutes) to restaurants and 10 to Sairee beach.   Is a really nice place to relax and enjoy the nature, view and the sea, Beeing in the village but at the same time in the nature with the sea view. The place is pleasent new ,spottless and done with a cozy taste. More for flashpacker bur really worth the money. - Really good resort. Rooms are very clean and very spaces.   From the moment we checked in and for the duration of our stay, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and would be more than happy to give us info/advice. Its extremely good value for money, the rooms are huge with aircon, tv, fridge, couch, safe, balcony, etc... It is in a great location where I felt very welcome and safe and had staff who went out of their way for you. - the room me and my wife were in was a good size with balcony and our own shower/toilet. the location for the beach is excerlant as it is directly across the road through the neighbouring resort. Sun Smile also can help with booking tours around the island or giving information for day trips. the service charge is included in the booking price so the rooms are cleaned everyday with new bed sheets and towels all in all a good service.

  这个酒店就在岩石海滩边上，在阳台上就是海景，景色真的不错，这片海滩人很少，是岩石型海滩，海水不算干净，不适合游泳。离码头也有一定距离，要开很多山路才能到，所以适合不爱热闹只爱美景的朋友。我们订的是风扇房，房间里面闷，蚊虫比较多，必须要关上卫生间的门，餐厅的东西价格不便宜，味道还可以，就是吃饭时候老有苍蝇，这是东南亚通病，总之景色很美，条件简陋了点，可能订好一点的房间会更满意一些吧 - Very familiar atmosphere, nice people, excellent homemade food

  The receptionist is very very helpfull and nice. She helped us for travel organisation to Bangkok. Staff nice too. 3 min walking to pier of koh tao. Beach 3-5 min walking too. Near the hostel, there is a good restaurant. - Location is excellent, good value for money. The hotel is new.
