  Almost everything! The staff were super nice and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, complete with all necessary amenities. The hotel is not on a beach per se, but you can walk there in like 5 minutes. As it's located in the heart of Sairee it is within walking distance to convenient shops and restaurants. Very impressed with our masseuses - The staff we dealt with were fantastic. 3 of the ladies at the desk couldn't do more to help. We were assigned a room upstairs and inquired on being put in a downstairs room. They changed it immediately and without a single fuss! The rooms are so clean. It is quiet but right on the doorstep of some wonderful bars and restaurants! Brilliant. It was our second stay as we loved it so much a couple of weeks before!!!

The beach is gorgeous, we did snorkel every day, using the hotel equipment that was borrowed at no charge at it was good quality, but next time we will buy and take our own, so you don't have to run for it every morning. They also have kayaks to go around the bay that are in very good condition. The food is nice. It is a perfect place to be. We stayed 3 nights in a castaway villa - P e r f e c t! the closest to the beach you can get. The design is simple and beautiful. You can relax on the soffa on the terrace just about 7 steps from the water. The grounds very green&peacefull and I believe that even if you are not staying in a castaway villa you will enjoy great views.
