We liked the location, that they have carpark (even if it costs a little extra), there was wi-fi (and it worked the whole time). A suite is always nicer when more than two people and this time, even better as we got upgraded to an even more spacious suite. Loved having breakfast brought to our room allowing us to sleep until a little later. Thanks. Big bathroom with great showers (2). The size of the room is umbelieveble! The room is huge, comfortable, very well-structured. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Served in room at my convenience, was very reforced and quality products. The staff is perfect, everybody was so gentle and caring during my stay. Totally recommend and certainly would stay here again.

Very safe and quiet with lots of features and a great view! Not to mention the large bed and smart tv!. - very friendly personnel. - clean rooms - free wifi - very well located - nice view of the river - quite. Every facility (well, most) was at your disposal to help with comfortable short stay. Internet smart tv and connections. Big and comfort room. Location is really the key. The staff was wonderful and the breakfast in our rooms was a treat. * Staff were excellent. Friendly and accommodating. Spacious confortable room and friendly staff. Good location, close to main train station and tram stop directly outside hotel. Large rooms with a few nice extras, such as free newspapers in German and English, umbrella, kettle with quite a large selection of tea and coffee. Right next to tram station, easy access to central shopping and dining. The in room breakfast was a very nice touch. Only big room. Smoking. Our son had ordered eggs and orange juice and neither were served. Extra beds should be of decent size to allow an adult to sleep. It was at least 20 cms short and had to add a sofa to make up for the length. The internet was great when it worked. The problem is that the password and login infos was always presenting issues. I couldn't have connection everytime I needed. Nothing at all! Everything was great!. No prior mention was made on your site excluding use of locked kitchen, which was apparently not included in deal. Gave bad impression that somewhere was off-limits, without instructions for remedying. Found 3 small glass particles on floor in various places, and drawn to apologetic staff at check-out. limited choice of breakfast and house keeper coming in while we are not ready for clean up. Everything was fine. Probably would be more convenient to have 24hr reception. Room stank of ciggarettes. We requested a none smoking room, but the room still had a very strong smell. Bedroom had some sort of unidentifiable substance stuck on it. The walls could definitely do with a clean and some new paint. Furniture is quite outdated and mismatched. Building was a bit worn and the layout was odd. Very large living room with almost no furniture. The bed barely fit into the bedroom. Air condition was very noisy, even after turn if off, there's some noise. No lobby and no setting place. Any visitor have to get him out. Hot water not stable, it go cold and u have to wait. Same breakfast. Don't change any thing. I asked for egg instead of meat, not possible. It is not 4 star hotel. Much More Expensive than several 4 star hotel.
