The room is large and very comfortable. Breakfast very good . The location is great, extremely near the lake, the main station and main shopping street. All is possible by walking distance. Shuutle bus available to the airport. The location is great, and the room is comfy. Best of all, the beds and comforter were some of the nicest I have had in my travels lately. Also, they have three-bed rooms, which are not so common. I will return here.

Free internet access was a super plus.A quiet hotel. Good breakfast. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Close to City center.Good proximity to city center and trams, adequate breakfast, free WI-FI, family size rooms. I think this hotel has gotten a bit of bad rap in other reviews but I do see what could be improved. So in the end, if you're looking for a hotel to pamper you, this isn't it. But if you're looking for a good base for daily excursions into the city, this hotel is great. Easy to walk to the town centre. Breakfast. Good location,close to the mail station. The Hotel is located realy near to the main station and the city center. Parking in front of the hotel, although rather narrow. location. A greate resturant named (Crazy Cow) near....serves good food.....Also room sizes are quite big.I do not like this hotel. The only thing I did not like is the central heating , which made the room extremely hot. I had to open the windows to refresh it. Could not stay in the room with windows closed.It's not a bargain, but welcome to Zurich. It's fairly priced. The restaurant is only for breakfast. No air conditioning, I really need it. However weather was excellent during our stay and we slept with the windows wide open and it worked out great. I wouldn't stay here during the summer months when is warm is you are like me and need the cold to sleep. The night clerk forgot to enter our wake up call for the day we were leaving for the airport.I had a room with window (not well isolated) to the main road - it was very noisy. Elevator inherently unsafe due to lack of door separating compartment and elevator shaft walls. Decor was circa 1970's. Rate was good for Zurich but somewhat pricey for lack of refinement. The rooms and furnishings weren't bad but the bathrooms could use a bit of an update. Nonetheless, it was clean and a good base for our daily excursions.the elevator. Very small elevator / No ironer at my room (need to iron my business shirt), no ability to get a pant cleaned at the reception.As informed to you earlier ,i was charged more than the contracted price,They have promised a refund,please follow up and inform me. don't have air condition. Sems to be over priced. Hot water and central heating didn't work well. Apparently under repair, but no information/apologies. Noisy. Mostly every thing was bad in the hotel......Location , Staff , Dirty rooms.No tea making facilities, do not have heater in bathroom, far from Zurich main station, limited choice of breakfast. The room was horrible,no aircondition,small and old tv.
