The staff very kindly ungraded us to a unit at EMA House, Nordstrasse 1 (hence the ratings do not apply to that at Unterstrass though it is next door). Besides, they were always most helpful and attentive to any queries and requests. Both hotels are 2 tram stops away from the main train station. Families with children might enjoy the park accessible via a flight of steps west of the hotel. We enjoyed quiet strolls in the park which has a children's playground.
