  The staff were friendly, the hotel was lovely and quiet and the views, well what can I say, breathtaking. As a female, business traveller, this hotel gave me a warm, comfortable feeling, as did the staff. I will definately return. A rare find. - Staff fab, breakfast great, view stunning.

  Having the Spa on site and included was a real advantage. - Staff was extremely friendly and helpful to the extent possible. The wellness center is quite nice and relaxing, although the pool is very small. The lake view rooms have quite a spectacular view of the lake and mountains. The welcome glass of Prosecco was very much appreciated.

  This hotel was awesome! We arrived late and the staff were so happy, nice , and welcoming . Especially the two gals working the front desk that evening. They made sure that we had everything that our family needed. The hotel itself was like being in a storybook , it was very enchanting. They even upgraded our room for free since the hotel wasn't full, and we only payed 360 chf fot two nights in a luxury room, which is really good in Switzreland. - The room and the hotel were very nice, like in a real castle! The restaurant and the breakfast room are beautiful, warm and romantic I'd say. Food was good. - We could enjoy the pool and the sauna.   The location is good. It faces the lake and it is convenient to get there by urban train from Luzern. It and other hotels belong to a same owner and you can use the facilities of other hotel such as garden, spa, peddler for free. Absolutely perfect in every way! We had a beautiful meal in the hotel nearby, with a live violinist serenading us throughout. The breakfast on site was generous and gourmet, and available on the terrace with a view.
