  Having the Spa on site and included was a real advantage. - Staff was extremely friendly and helpful to the extent possible. The wellness center is quite nice and relaxing, although the pool is very small. The lake view rooms have quite a spectacular view of the lake and mountains. The welcome glass of Prosecco was very much appreciated.

  This hotel was awesome! We arrived late and the staff were so happy, nice , and welcoming . Especially the two gals working the front desk that evening. They made sure that we had everything that our family needed. The hotel itself was like being in a storybook , it was very enchanting.
