  the view from our balcony was stunning. the room though small was really neat and kept well for the guests. there is a restaurant in the hotel, and served good food too. outside hotels there are lots of shops and restaurants, if u just want to explore grindelwald this is a perfect place, and its a value for money too. the hotel is 5mins walking f... 别人怎么说 » rom the Grindelwald train station. but make sure u arrive before 11am at night or there is no more train from interlaken to Grindelwald. the taxi will - We loved the location, just across from the station and central to everything. As 2 couples, we had the adjoining rooms with shared bathroom between rooms. This worked very well as each bed room had its own hand basin. Included buffet b/fast was excellent offering a good variety including scrabbled eggs, bacon and lovely fresh bread. We also enjoyed the meals in the downstairs restaurant, where the staff were very friendly. Big bonus, it has an elevator.

  We loved our room, clean, basic necessities, fantastic view. We had a mountain view, corner room with surrounding balcony. We could not have asked for better. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from town. If you arrive by train you can call the hotel and they will pick you up. We took the nearby bus to town when we could.
