  A very warm welcome by staff!! All the staff were very friendly and they spoke English (enough to understand essential things). Some of them also spoke a bit of Italian. The room was very very clean and large enough to stay comfortably, with 2 closets. The bathroom was also very clean. The storage space to keep cosmetics on the wall was really use... 别人怎么说 » ful. The breakfast was of a good quality foods, varieties of ham&cheeses, crispy croissants, fresh fruits and yogurts were delicious. We tried loc - Ther staff were very helpful, extra bed -no problems immediate, a vegetarian meal - right away no questions. changed faulty kettle immediately. Good food and everything with a smile. Even gave me ice for the cooler -- hard even to find ice in Switzerland.

  Our room was bright and very comfortable. Nice to have a separate living area which is unusual to find in most hotel rooms. Spa and pool area also very pleasant.   We were 13 nights in the hotel and had a fabulous time. It is a very nicely renovated hotel, modern but very user friendly. Rooms are spaceous and nicely decorated. Sauna was very complete for a hotel sauna. Massage should be pre booked in winter but are very good and can be recommended. Dinner was excellent as well as breakfast.
