  Excellent hotel from A-Z. As a frequent traveler i don't get overexcited easily, but this hotel really deserves the max points. If you have the chance, take the suite having two balconies with direct view of the Matterhorn - awesome and worth every single buck.   The hotel staff were helpful and made us feel very welcome. Our room was comfortable with a lovely view of the Matterhorn.
