  The warm friendly hosts, Urs and Barbara who welcomed us from day one. They were very helpful accommodating all our needs even providing an Italian coffee maker.   We loved everything about this hotel, the view overlooking the lake, the spacious room, immaculate condition, great breakfast, friendly staff, close to the marina.
