  Outstanding room ( I took a suite with a breath taking view. Quite and clean. Staff mostly were very friendly and helpful. There is the head of reception, Roberta, she's super nice and undertstsnd the meaning of guest satisfaction. Also, their was an Arabic receptionist named Sahbi.   Very nice and helpful staff. Fabulous hotel. - The staff was wonderful. Great first impression with a welcome drink brought to our room. Breakfast buffet, internet, and use of e bikes for no additional charge.

  Very pleasant staff,particularly in the dining room.Hotel nice and warm. - We went up behind the hotel to the alps. It was beautiful. Thestaff was so friendly and very helpful. We can't wait to go back!
