The welcome tray of chocolates and water was much appreciated as was the free wired internet service. - Everything is brand new (I'm writing Aug 2008). Very close to the city center, museums, restaurants, bars (10 min walk). Excellent service from the first moment of our arrival. Reception staff speak English, Spanish, French and German.
