They exceeded my expectations in overall quality. The staff was fast and efficient. The welcome tray of chocolates and water was much appreciated as was the free wired internet service. - Everything is brand new (I'm writing Aug 2008). We were put in the Best Western part of the facility because the Flexihome was full. It turned out to be lucky for us since we were told the Flexihome Apts. are very small and not nearly as nice as the Best Western right in front of it. The restaurant was also very nice but a bit expensive.

It's my favorite in the area. - very friendly hotel-staff and very accomodating to my needs especially the airport-hotel car service. the room is very nicely designed except for the bathtub.
