  Lovely hotel, perfect location but the staff was a standout. All of them were genuine and helpful. In particular the concierge, Ishaq Gardizy, was amazing. I found myself with the opportunity to travel to Geneva for CERN open days and was in an unplanned rush of sorts. He was excellent at helping me get where I needed to be when I needed to be.   Everything was well organized at the hotel and the hotel staff were polite and extremely helpful. Excellent selection of foods at buffet breakfast, perfectly located, clean and very comfortable room, clean throughout the hotel, room was quiet when windows were closed (we were there late October so weather is not hot), definately recommend this hote... 别人怎么说 » l and will gladly stay there again. - The staff were very friendly, the rooms were modern and clean, the location was terrific (smack in the middle of the main street in th old town), and the breakfast was very nice with the option of courtyard seating. There was always fresh fruit available at the front desk and they even had umbrellas for guests to borrow (which came in handy).

  The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The room was newly redone and was comfortable and had all of the conveniences one would want. The restaurants are very nice and have great food.   efficiency of staff, helpfulness, comfort of room, - The hotel was excellent - the staff were extremely friendly and helpful; the breakfast was lovely, the room was very nicely decorated; the attention to detail was excellent. Definately far superior to other 4 star hotels we have stayed in, even better than some 5 star hotels.

  We liked the location, that they have carpark (even if it costs a little extra), there was wi-fi (and it worked the whole time). A suite is always nicer when more than two people and this time, even better as we got upgraded to an even more spacious suite.   Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure your needs are met and you are well looked after. From getting around the city to preparing a very early breakfast before you leave for the airport. This was my 3rd stay at the hotel and it is consistently excellent.
