On arrival reception offered to pay for upgrade to better room with Jungfrau view for 80 CHF/day, we agreed, then offered to upgrade to Junior suite for 200 CHF, we refused. Then they upgareded us to Junior suite free of charge. It was pleasant. - Very nice hotel.

Helpful staff and they speak excellent English. The hostel is very new with good facility. Very cozy room and common area. Everything is very clean.

  The 3 room room apartment with an open sitting area and kitchen had plenty of room for our family to relax. The location is close to all nearby amenities including rentals, restaurants, shops, the river etc. The neighbors were very friendly as well. It was also really useful to have a washing machine and kitchen facilities so we saved a lot of money there.
