On arrival reception offered to pay for upgrade to better room with Jungfrau view for 80 CHF/day, we agreed, then offered to upgrade to Junior suite for 200 CHF, we refused.   The 3 room room apartment with an open sitting area and kitchen had plenty of room for our family to relax. The location is close to all nearby amenities including rentals, restaurants, shops, the river etc. The neighbors were very friendly as well. We stayed for a week and never got tired of the excellent views from the balcony! The breakfast was a short walk away but this didn't matter as it was excellent quality. It was also really useful to have a washing machine and kitchen facilities so we saved a lot of money there.

  Where do I start. The fabulous service began even before we arrived when I recieved detailed instructions on how to get there. Chris and Ursula are the most generous hosts. I watched as they both provided personal service to each of their clientele. It is obvious that they are seasoned travelers as no stone was left unturned.
