  We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Michael was fantastic ever willing to help in planning our day trips. Always with a cheerful smile. This is a family run hotel and I must say that it is the best hotel within the star rating that it has. They were able to tell us down to the bus times what we should see which was excellent as we only had two nights there. The hotel is also in a great location for easy transport to Interlaken West and Ost train stations and many restaurants. The room was also a nice size - not too cramped.

  I have arrived the hotel after midnight. But the staff was waiting foronly us. And he explained all about trip and gave documents for the trip(map, timetable for train, other guildlines...) at that time. - The reception was warm and the owners extremely nice and friendly.

  Amazing outside whirpool, nice staff, excellent food. On arrival reception offered to pay for upgrade to better room with Jungfrau view for 80 CHF/day, we agreed, then offered to upgrade to Junior suite for 200 CHF, we refused. Then they upgareded us to Junior suite free of charge. It was pleasant. - Very nice hotel.

  Wonderful staff (especially the Hungarian receptionist), nice lounge with free internet, modern room (normally I don't like it to be too modern but this room gave a sense of luxury), great location, 3 minutes walk from Interlaken West. station, TV channels from many countries, even Korea, Japan, Russia, and also Holland/Belgium (BVN), no pay-TV mo... 别人怎么说 » vie channels though. Very good restaurant. - Everything!! We were greeted by Thomas (the hotel manager) on ourarrival. The sincerity and hospitality shown by he and his staff wastruly wonderful and made our three night stay in Interlaken all the morememorable. We have been in Europe for two months now on a self-driveholiday and this is the best hotel we've in which we've stayed.
