  The view from the room was sensational. The hotel upgraded us from a north facing (no view) to south facing which was great. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was good with the access to the shuttlebus and bus service. - conveniently located ,reception staff are good and helpfull.Clean rooms.

  The 5 course evening meal could not be faulted; seconds even offered! Excellent chef/kitchen staff, and Andrea in the dining room, assisted by Barbara. The long bath was a luxury for me. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious with various breads cheeses yogurts cereals and more. It us peaceful and a minutes walk from markets cafes shops and activities. I will stay here again and tell my friends. Thankyou for a wonderful stay in Crans Montana.
