  The view from the room was sensational. The hotel upgraded us from a north facing (no view) to south facing which was great. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was good with the access to the shuttlebus and bus service. - conveniently located ,reception staff are good and helpfull.Clean rooms.

  The 5 course evening meal could not be faulted; seconds even offered! Excellent chef/kitchen staff, and Andrea in the dining room, assisted by Barbara. The long bath was a luxury for me. I was given what I had asked for: south facing room with balcony, for the fantastic views of snow clad mountains the other side of the Rhone Valley. Thanks - Hotel du Lac is a charming place in the perfect location with the alps on one side and lake on the other. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious with various breads cheeses yogurts cereals and more. It us peaceful and a minutes walk from markets cafes shops and activities. I will stay here again and tell my friends. Thankyou for a wonderful stay in Crans Montana.
