Overall atmosphere in the place. - Staff was very polite and helpful! Room very clean. Not far from city center, next to metro station. I would recommend to everyone.   It was clean, very well equiped with everything (kitchen, rooms). Good neighbouhood, quite (we stayed at the 4th floor). A good food store (not "mercato") just across the street. Very close to Sagrada Familia metro station - 2 minutes walking. - The staff were so nice and helpful.   Our stay in Barcelona was amazing, we met good people and had much fun. The staff at the hotel was very nice and we loved having coffee in the balcony in the mornings. We arrived by train and had a delay about 2 hours, but we had no problems wh - Staff was extremely friendly and helpful and catered to all of our needs. The apartment itself was nice,clean and compact and of course a bargain for the money we paid,much bigger than a hotel room and cheaper. There are coffee shops,kiosks,an organic supermarket close by, basically everything you'd need for an enjoyable visit. Wi-fi was free and extremely fast.

  My 2 friends and I had a wonderful 4-night stay in June at Zoorooms. Steve (the Manager) was friendly and informative and he gave us a map that marked out the sights, eateries and bus stops nearby. His map was so helpful, it was in tatters by the end of our stay cos we’d referred to it so much. Bathroom was fantastic and very clean, - ZooRooms is well located, close to Passeig de Gracia and subway, it is also easy to get from/to airport by Aerobus.
