  Friendly people working there. Common terrace and the kitchen. It is a place where you can easily feel at home, even during a short stay. Overall atmosphere in the place. - Staff was very polite and helpful! Room very clean. Not far from city center, next to metro station. I would recommend to everyone. WI FI worked without any problem.

  It was clean, very well equiped with everything (kitchen, rooms). Good neighbouhood, quite (we stayed at the 4th floor). A good food store (not "mercato") just across the street. Very close to Sagrada Familia metro station - 2 minutes walking. - The staff were so nice and helpful. We arrived by train and had a delay about 2 hours, but we had no problems wh - Staff was extremely friendly and helpful and catered to all of our needs. The apartment itself was nice,clean and compact and of course a bargain for the money we paid,much bigger than a hotel room and cheaper. There are coffee shops,kiosks,an organic supermarket close by, basically everything you'd need for an enjoyable visit. Wi-fi was free and extremely fast.

  My 2 friends and I had a wonderful 4-night stay in June at Zoorooms. Steve (the Manager) was friendly and informative and he gave us a map that marked out the sights, eateries and bus stops nearby. His map was so helpful, it was in tatters by the end of our stay cos we’d referred to it so much. Bathroom was fantastic and very clean, - ZooRooms is well located, close to Passeig de Gracia and subway, it is also easy to get from/to airport by Aerobus. Inside it is very nice and clean, with a fresh touch of design :) Beds are really comfy, water in the shower is hot and stream is good (usually hotels like to limit the stream ;). Also there are a good equipped kitchen and a room with sofas and iMac to relax with friends and plan your trip in Barcelona. And the terrace is awsome!
